Whether it’s muscle strengthening for competitions, performance improvement in competitive sports or injury prevention and treatment, you will find everything you need here. A wide range of Technogym connected sports equipment is also at your disposal for a perfect introduction to strength training.
If you already have the necessary experience, there’s nothing to stop you from visiting our free strength training area. You’ll find just about everything here, from weights to SZ curling bars to dumbbells and barbells. So complex exercises will not be a problem for you. Whether you want to practice deadlifts, squats or bench presses, we have several flat, inclined or decline benches available. If that’s not cutting it, you’ll find free benches for dumbbells. For leg work, there are also five free access racks, four multi-presses in free access plus one connected. In addition there is the Keiser pneumatic rack. To further burn your muscles after your workout, you’ll also find connected exercises on the weight machines. Loaded Machines. Chest Press, Shoulder Press, T-Bar Row … and so much more.

Keiser air pressure

Ideal for maximum strength training or to prepare for muscle strengthening in case of different joint diseases. The Keiser air pressure equipment does not work as typically with iron weights, but with compressed air cylinders. This allows a gentle increase of load and is therefore less painful on the joints. Peak loads on the joints are a thing of the past.

Powerracks

You know how it goes when you come to the gym and the power rack for squatting is occupied! With us, that’s no longer a concern. We offer four power racks with safety bars – all individually adjustable, a connected multi-press and a pressure controlled power rack from Keiser. – A healthy original workout with a light load on the joints. No more excuses when it comes to working the legs! (Can also be used for bench press).

Synthetic grass

In our functional area you will find a 20-meter long synthetic turf, which you can use for mobilizing or stretching. In addition, there are a weight sled, a log lift and 2 tractor tires available. Prowler sprints or tyre flips are no longer a big deal. Ready for a strongman workout?

Free-access weights & Cable Pull Areas

To give you enough variety in your workout, you also have enough choice of training equipment. Dumbbells up to 52,5kg, SZ bars up to 45kg. All perfectly adjustable for muscle strengthening.
