The treatment is oriented towards the patient’s pain and functional, movement and activity disabilities. To do this, all the necessary information about your health problems is collected during a medical history interview, and a detailed physical diagnosis is then made. It is important to find out in this first session which structures or functional connections are the cause of your sufferings.
The therapy is carried out according to a treatment plan that is tailored to you and scientifically based.
The therapy includes targeted exercises to strengthen, stabilize and stretch muscles, as well as to improve posture and self-awareness. Coordination skills and balance are worked on.

Was ist TMJ? (Temporal Mandibular Joint)
Kieferknochen (Krankheit, Trauma)
Emotionen (Regelmässige und langfristige Spannung, Angst, Wut)
Die Behandlung (nach Bedarf):
1. Die Muskelkorrektion
2. Kiefermobilisation
3. TMJ Mobilisation
4. Aktive Übungen
5. Regelmässige Patern – Lehre

Sports Physiotherapy
The physiotherapeutic treatment of sports injuries and their rehabilitation is not only recommended in elite sports, but also in popular sports.
Whether it is an acute injury or a chronic problem, you are in good hands with us. You benefit from our many years of experience in professional sports. We support you with our care programs so that you can return to your sport successfully and as quickly as possible.
Medical training therapy (MTT)
In our training center, you train according to the latest standards of sports science to correct muscle imbalances and recurring abnormal movement patterns.
An individual training plan is developed for each patient based on his or her results to ensure the most effective training and to best address the patient’s issues. Strength, endurance, coordination and mobility are the key elements of each training session.
Functional Training:
This training concept is oriented towards a specific objective. This goal can be individual and meet a wide variety of needs. The objectives can be in the areas of prevention, rehabilitation and sports training.
The central focus is on the quality of movement sequences, muscle functions and the improvement of performance in basic skills that are important across all sports and in everyday life. The most important goals in functional training are the stabilisation of joints, stabilisation of the trunk (so-called core stability) and sensory stimulation.
These goals are achieved using therapy equipment from physiotherapy and sports physiotherapy, such as rope pulleys, Pezzi balls, Kinesio bands or dumbbells. Dynair ball cushions, Togu-Jumper, Bosu, Multiroll, Kippelbrett, Gymstick, AeroSling or Posturomed are also proven equipment.
With most equipments, the patient can not only exercise in the upright position, but also in very different starting positions, so that training can always be done at the individual performance limit.
Bei den meisten Geräten kann der Patient nicht nur in der aufrechten Position üben, sondern in ganz unterschiedlichen Ausgangspositionen, so dass immer am individuellen Leistungslimit trainiert werden kann.
TRX/Sling Training
TRX/Sling Training is a highly effective full-body workout using a non-elastic strap system that uses your own body weight as training resistance, in both standing and supine positions.Since the TRX/Sling straps are constantly in motion during training, the small muscles close to the joints are activated in addition to the large muscle chains. This “instability” greatly increases the appeal of the workout.
Manual therapy:
Manual therapy is a special form of therapy in which specific manual techniques are used to examine and treat joints, muscles and nerves. These techniques can be used for pain relief in acute and chronic disorders as well as for mobilization in case of blockages or immobility (e.g. after surgery).Manual lymphatic drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage is used to promote lymphatic drainage by means of manually applied, light, rhythmic techniques in case of tissue swelling. Another effect of lymphatic drainage is the stimulation of venous blood flow, activation of the immune system and general relaxation of the entire body.Manual lymphatic drainage can be used after challenging events (e.g. after injuries or operations) or for chronic illnesses involving with tissue swelling (e.g., venous insufficiency or after cancer).
Kinesio Tape:
Kinesio Tape can be used for a broad range of diseases and injuries. Through a wide variety of application techniques, an improvement in muscle function, a decrease of blood and lymphatic circulation disorders, a reduction in pain or an improvement in joint function can be achieved. Taping and Kinesio-Taping are used in sports as well as in normal everyday life.Physiotherapy
Physical therapy (electrotherapy, ultrasound therapy, heat therapy and cryotherapy) usually takes place as an accompanying and supporting measure. Depending on the application, different effects can be achieved.
- Pain relief
- Improvement of muscle and connective tissue metabolism
- Muscle stimulation
We develop a sophisticated therapeutic plan tailored to your problem, which corresponds to holistic knoledge.
