- Acute vasculitis (inflammation of the blood vessels)
- Blood circulation disorders
- After a heart attack or coronary bypass surgery
- In case of surgeries that took place less than six months ago
- Pacemaker patients
- High blood pressure (> 160/100 mmHg)
- Acute kidney and bladder disease
- Acute infectious diseases
- Claustrophobia
- Sensory disturbances (e.g. after a stroke or in case of neurological diseases)

Finnish sauna
Our Out Door Sauna opening hours in January are for the time being:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 16.00 – 21.00
Observe the sauna rules and take it with you:
- Bathrobe
- Flip-Flops
- Large sauna towel for lying/sitting
- Shower towel
We recommend the following procedure:
- After showering in the basement (PH neutral shower gel available in the shower).
- With bathrobe, flip-flops and large sauna towel to the outdoor sauna on the ground floor.
- 1-3 sauna sessions +90 C° 5-20 min ATTENTION depending on sauna experience!
- With flip-flop to cold water shower from the extremities towards the heart to cool down.
- Then immerse feet to whole body in ice POT, depending on experience.
- Chillout, the best way to relax is to spend twice as much time in the sauna.
- If you have never been in a sauna before, ask our team for a quick consultation.
Enjoy your stay and leave the sauna just as you would like to find it.
Please remember that we will only continue the sauna project if it is used properly and hygienically.
